Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional financial service support during the overnight hours. This fully remote position starts with a week of training from 8 AM to 5 PM before transitioning to the third shift schedule. You will be instrumental in facilitating consumer loan approvals, managing payment solutions, and addressing client… inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients both as an initiator and responder of calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements.
Diligently document all client interactions and transactions, ensuring all data is accurately captured for future reference.
Utilize basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all verbal interactions.
Maintain sensitivity, tact, and professionalism under all circumstances, fostering positive client relations.
Adhere strictly to legal and company guidelines, enhancing the integrity and operation of our services.
Process payments meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
Evaluate loan applications using detailed analysis through advanced software tools to determine applicant eligibility.
Keep clients informed throughout the loan application process, ensuring they understand all aspects and obligations.
Stay informed of the latest trends and updates in financial services to enhance client interaction and service delivery.
Multi-task effectively, managing conversations and documentation simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication.
Proven ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
High school diploma or GED; further education or certification in financial services is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a financial service environment, especially in loan processing or customer service.
Advanced technical skills, including cloud-based systems and multiple banking software.
Working Conditions
This role requires sitting and operating a computer for extended periods.
The position is remote, following a one-week onsite training session during standard business hours.
