Your Role

We are in an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking positive, enthusiastic individuals ready to contribute to our dynamic organization. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in making a positive impact and have ample opportunities for growth by exploring various business areas.

Responsibilities Include

Collaborating as an effective team member to achieve common goals

Meeting and exceeding department standards for quality and productivity

Utilizing tools and technology efficiently to resolve customer issues

Coordinating with partner departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Actively engaging in and contributing to the learning and development process

What We Look For

A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent

1 – 2 years of prior customer service experience with multiple computer systems

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong commitment to confidentiality

Effective communication skills, ensuring professionalism and a positive demeanor
