Your Role

Who You Are

You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

You are proficient in typing (50+ WPM) and comfortable using various computer applications.

You have at least one year of experience in a call center environment handling high call volumes.

You consistently achieve high QA/KPI scores (90% or higher).

You are experienced with CRM software; knowledge of the home service industry is a plus but not essential.
