Join our team as a Remote Live Chat Agent, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering first-class customer service through our online chat support. In this position, often referred to as an Online Customer Support Representative or Virtual Chat Specialist, you will engage with customers by responding to their inquiries, assisting with product information, checking order status, and… resolving issues. This role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism, documenting all customer interactions, and collaborating closely with team members to provide consistent support across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
