Verizon is currently seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, passionate, creative, and have a strategic planning mindset to provide exceptional support to… our customers through online chat platforms.
1. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online chat.
2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support, and product information.
3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve overall customer experience.
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the most relevant support to customers.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer interactions across all communication channels.
1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
6. Strategic planning abilities to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training is a plus.
8. Availability to work part-time hours, with potential for flexible scheduling.
