Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, your daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing and coordinating service appointments for our plumbing, heating, drain cleaning, electrical, sewer repair, and gas work services. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work remotely.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
? Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a dedication to meeting their needs.
? Dispatching: Coordinating with our team of service technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and ensure timely responses to customer requests. You will be responsible for efficiently routing technicians to job sites and optimizing their schedules to maximize productivity.
? Communication: Facilitating clear and effective communication between customers and service technicians, ensuring that all parties are informed of appointment details, service updates, and any other relevant information.
? Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the service process, demonstrating resourcefulness and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Qualifications:
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
? Service Titan Savvy
? Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns effectively.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and dispatching software (training will be provided).
? Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
