Summary Description:
As the Director of Sales for CDSThe, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities including developing long-term sales strategies and annual sales plans. You will set sales objectives in coordination with the CDS business plan and work directly with Costco GMM to establish regional event volume strategies. You will also devise creative new programs and… services for Costco and its vendors while collaborating with Costco buying managements in each region. Your role will require close collaboration with the customer to provide valuable insights about consumer profiles.

Responsibilities:
– Develop long-term sales strategies and annual sales plans
– Establish relationships with strong customer focus and collaborate with Costco buying management in each region
– Provide valuable insights about consumer profiles and trends
– Establish annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the CDS business plan.
– Work directly with the Costco GMM to establish regional event volume strategies and identify discrepancies in expected volume.
– Work to influence change to get the volume back on track.
– Devise creative new programs and services for Costco and its vendors.
– Sell in these services and oversee successful implementation.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management or business development
– Strong record of successfully developing sales strategies and sales plans
